By using Tools App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The service
Tools App provides free utilities that run in your browser. The tools are provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Results may be wrong. Hash, conversion, formatting and calculation outputs are produced by software and can contain errors. Verify anything important before relying on it.
Calculators such as BMI, age, percentage and unit conversion are informational only and are not medical, legal, financial or professional advice.
Your use
You may use the tools for personal and commercial work. You may not use the site to break the law, to attack or overload the service, to scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or to attempt to access systems you are not authorised to access.
You are responsible for the content you process and for having the right to process it.
Ownership
The site, its design and its code are owned by aumenso LLC or its licensors. The outputs you create with the tools are yours; we claim no licence over converted text, hashes or formatted files.
Do not remove attribution from the site itself or present the service as your own.
Third-party links
The site links to aumenso.com and other external sites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aumenso LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or business, arising from use of or inability to use the site.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the site, which is zero.
Changes and termination
We may change, suspend or discontinue any tool or the whole site at any time. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
